good quality chews
the bumps on the back are very nice and give good sensory stimulation. my only warning is DO NOT WASH WITH HIGHLY FRAGARENCED SOAP! the smell and taste is almost impossible to get off, even with vineagar and baking soda. otherwise very good and have a lot of durability!

For three year old with autism these seem to work well however he enjoys chewing on strings so we had to remove the necklace. Itâs very important that is breakaway so it would work well. The necklace is not super long so if you have a chubby child it might be, too tight on their neck however you can remove the string and they can use it without it. It appears to be pure silicone. I bought some circular ones that came in. They clearly had plastic and silicone and they could fall apart. This is not gonna fall apart.
