glass/crystal butterfly beads
These are beautiful. They are slightly faceted glass butterfly beads. I wanted just a few to ‘spray’ on a black sweater I have that just needed a little something. They are the perfect subtle size. I have included a pic with a dime for size comparison. Not super faceted, but still a reasonable sparkle.  Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. All of my reviews reflect my honest, personal experience with the reviewed item – your experience may be different. I am not influenced by any outside source. I receive/accept NO free products or discounts that are not available to all shoppers- ever. For some reason our shopper ranks are no longer visible – so, to give you a little more info about me, I am a top 50 reviewer (#30 the highest rank achieved). Those numbers used to fluctuate over time – up and down but I noticed that they stopped updating regularly – perhaps to phase them out. Theyâre a little small for my project (my fault for not double checking) but I had to use them anyway they are just too gorgeous to set aside! Not one of them were chipped or broken. The way they catch the light is really pretty!

Lovely, but low quality
I really wanted to love these but the ab finish on those I got is not so great. When held up to the light you can see tiny scratches/peeling (not sure which) which makes them look cheap. Everything else about them (cut, size, hole size, color) is nice and I’ll still use them but probably wouldn’t buy again.

I love these glass butterfly beads!! They are so pretty!! They came packages very nicely with protective casing! Iâm very happy with the purchase!The beads are small enough to be dainty and minimalist but big enough to stand out on my bracelets.Truly an excellent bead!

Swarovski comparison
These are pretty little beads on their own. They were shipped promptly, and packaged well. The finish is fine, not dull or cloudy as some had mentioned.I had one Swarovski 10mm green bead, which I made into a knitting stitch marker, and I adore it! I wanted to make more of them, but found to my horror that beading hobbyists can no longer purchase Swarovski beads. So, I have been looking for an alternative, and came across these. They are 10mm wide as advertised. However, are 1mm shorter, and 1mm thinner than the Swarovski. That does not sound like a big difference, but it is. And the color is much paler. This bead is just not as substantial as the Swarovski, and Iâm pretty bummed. The picture shows the Swarovski on the right, and this bead on the left. It may not appear to be a big size difference, but it seems big in person. It is not the sellerâs fault, because the beads are 10mm wide as stated, but for me it is not a satisfying replacement.
