Beautiful mostly matte set
Quality-wise, I’ve had plenty of bead sets that are all about the same. I know I can expect consistent quality, and this set is no exception. Obviously, a lot of the extras in the box are on the cheap side, but again, this is consistent. I’m happy with them!As far as those extras go, I’m glad to see silver tone options! I usually see sets with gold tone findings and spacer beads. Findings can go either way. This set has both colors of everything!Now to the seed beads. I already had a tray of beads almost identical to one of the trays in this set, down to the color layout. I already had another set that’s almost identical to the other tray in this set. I must like them to keep ordering them!These beads are relatively matte. They’re smooth, and there’s a bit of shine on them, but not nearly what you’d see on most seed beads. This is a very pleasant contrast in my opinion, and I tend to jump on this type when I see them. The tray from this set with more muted colors, however, is somewhere between that matte and glossy seed beads. They have a noticeable shine, but not that you can really compare to most glossy beads. This is the first time I’ve seen beads with this kind of shine. Paired with the muted colors, it’s a very nice effect! They’ll work very nicely with the other, more matte tray, and the fact that I also have most of these colors in a previous matte set gives them even more creative potential.Note the range of browns, greys, and beiges in one of the trays. Most sets focus on bright colors and/or pastels, so these neutrals are always nice to get my hands on when I see them.All around, I’m very happy with this set, and it opens up some new possibilities for my bead collection. I can absolutely recommend this!

Several beads are either broken or have no hole
Small beads are great for friendship bracelets but I was a bit annoyed by how many broken beads I had.When ordering I loved the choice of color but now I wished that I got more vibrant ones. Half of the colors are more dull and not bright, but you can still make cute bracelets with the right combinations!The value is great for what comes in here.

Great Beads
Beading is one of my daughter’s favorite hobbies. She’s 15 now, but for the last 7 or 8 years she has developed beading as something that is relaxing, creative, and which she can do with friends. She has become quite discerning when it comes to bead sets. She likes this one from TEXGIZRLY.The beads are consistent, good quality. The color range is great. All the beads are within a very particular size range, so this is not one of those sets that allows a variety of styles. But it’s terrific if you need a lot of smaller beads. The holes are consistent and easy to string.The included trinkets are not that great. My daughter occasionally uses one, but the beads are the main reason for getting this set.From a knowledgeable beader, this set gets good marks. I recommend it.

Lovely seed beads!
This is a really beautiful set of seed beads! I love the selection of colors that are a little more trendy than the normal primary and metallic colors you find in other sets. Do note that although the colors are mostly accurate to what is depicted in photos, some are more vibrant. I think that’s important to include in this review because some of us like to pre-plan projects and purchase other things based on product photos. That being said, I’ve had my eyes on this specific set for awhile just based on the colors and I’m very happy with what I received!This comes in two separate bead containers. The container with the grays and browns have a semi-gloss finish and the other set has matte beads. I didn’t know this prior to ordering, but I think this is a nice touch as it will add some dimension to whatever you design. There are also some extras included, and I probably won’t use most of them, but they’re a nice touch if you want to add little charms to your jewelry and if you don’t already have tools and elastic string on hand. The containers are sturdy and they come packed in a slim box with a plastic sheet over the compartments so the beads stay in their respective sections in transit.There are some deformed, irregular beads but only a few that I can see without sorting. So if you’re a serious jewelry designer, you may want to pass on this set or just plan around that. I’m just getting into making jewelry for myself so this is not an issue for me. I’m thrilled with the color selection and super excited to plan some beautiful designs! 5/5 stars for me.

Nice set for the little ones
The bead colors match the pictures here. They have a slight shine and are very easy to work with. It is nice that this set comes with silver color . Most of these sets only come with the golden color. The silver gives more choices which is nice.The kit has everything you would need for projects. It woul’dve been perfect if it had a threader. Other than that, the set is workable and fun for the kids.The price is a little high but you do get 2 sets of beads

Nice beads
This is a great set of beads. They are glass and probably dyed, but nothing has come off on me while wearing them or working with them. Theyâre true to size; the sizing is a bit inconsistent though, as is common at this price point.

Such a beautiful color assortment!
This set has a lot of colors to create your masterpiece(s). I made a few bracelets, but there’s so much more you could do with these beads! Let your creativity flow! I did notice that the darkest green did have several beads stuck together but they come off easily with a little fingernail pressure between the beads. The plastic totes also have a foam panel on top to help prevent the beads from spilling from one section to another when it’s closed. This kit comes with elastic and clippers, so if you want to make elastic jewelry, you’re ready to go right out of the gate! The metal looking accent beads included are all cheap alloy, but honestly, you should be buying this kit for the wonderful colorful assortment of glass beads and less for the extra bits. Happy crafting!
