What can you say about black beads, especially if they are Miyuki’s? These are shinier than they look from this picture, luckily for me, for they are exactly what I wanted. Miyuki beads are hard to beat for uniformity and quality.

Opaque black is not so opaque
The black opaque seed beads have some sort of translucent shine to it. Almost looks like a brown sheen, see picture.
