We can see the same tracking info as you and can’t do any changes with your parcel when it is on the way. Please contact your local post service to get updates about you parcel
Hole is not drilled
Some holes may be clogged with coating or pieces of glass. This is ok. Use the needle to clean the hole
I got a plastic thing from you
We do not sell plastic things. Check the order history, probably you got it from the different seller. Smash or fire the bead to check its genuine
I got the different color from the photo
Different glass production batches may vary in color from each other due to physical and chemical processes during glass melting. Moreover it is almost impossible to change the product photo on Amazоn due to software limitations

There are a lot of Chinese fakеs of the Czech and Japanese Beads, Swarоwski crystals. Today, it is very common to copy the original Czech bead shape and produce it from plastic, mix seed beads and sell it like Preciosa or Toho, sell Chinese fire polished beads as the original Czech goods. Buying them you support fakе manufactures and destrоying our Czech traditional glass industry. We and other Czech manufacturers are really disappointed from that situation. It does not have any futurе. Please stоp it

Not what I expected
I was expecting like a plastic case of beads or something but no it was a small little bag of extremely small beads. I put a bobby-pin next to the bag for a size comparison. The beads are pretty but so tiny I donât even think Iâll be able to get my string through some of them. Itâs a little irritating but not the end of the world.

I purchased this for the variety of different bead options since I have a large amount of smaller seed beads but this is just a pack of size 11 seed beads for the most part with 5 bugle beads.

These are seed beads, not a true “assortment”
If you are looking for a variety of colors of seed bags, then this will work for you. If you are looking at the picture and reading the description of an assortment of beads from 2-10mm, then this is not it. I don’t have a single bead in this package that is remotely 10mm. What I have is a very colorful assortment of lower quality seed beads and a few (and I mean VERY few) bugle beads and perhaps a dozen beads that are slightly larger than seed beads. Large variety of colors, but I can’t say anything else good about the mix. On its way back to Amazon.

Tiny, super tiny
Beautiful beads but will not work for the thinnest wire. All most all of the beads were microscopic tiny. Completely unusable for me.Glass tube beads exploded just trying to put on stretch cord. Holes were unevenly drilled. My order was a mess of issues.

Not as advertised
I understand itâs a mix so itâs more than likely done at random. But according to the picture thereâs a decent amount of big beads in that mix. I received a package with maybe two or three big beads. And one of them is unusable because a smaller glass bead is stuck in the hole. In fact most of these seed beads are so small I can hardly get them on my string. I wouldnât buy these again.
