Nice
Seems pretty good quality. But since this is a starter set, I don’t really know how it compares to other brands as far as foam density. Have made a couple of weavings and am so far pleased with the function. Printing is nice and clear. Not much else to say as it’s such a simple device. I think the quality seems good for the money. Decent tool for a beginner who just wants to try out cord making without spending a lot of money.

Affordable and good quality
Feel of the discs is soft, no weird texture to them, I used one of the higher count discs to finish a braiding project i was doing, and these were definetly easier to use than the little cardboard disc I made.Will be making some more braids in the near future, excited to do a flat one.

A terrific bargain. Every Kumihimo plate you could ever need. Solid, well made and well-marked. I’ve only used two of them so far, but the others are waiting for me to try new!! I especially recommend these plates to beginners, because for one price you’ll get every possible plate you’ll ever need.

These are nice and sturdy! But there aren’t any instructions included, FYI. There are plenty of videos on YouTube, however.
